Condolence: My mind flashes back to January of 1973. We had just moved to Westwego and met at the swimming pool. Janice had just turned one and Craig had just turned one. They were only 18 days apart in age and looked like twins. They became regular playmates and were joined two years later by Chuckie and Karen, who were 3 months apart in age. More playmates for them all while us parents had fun playing cards and just being together. Mark came along three years later but alas didn't get a playmate his age! Many card games, camping at Jellystone and other parks, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, sleepovers and they were all grown up and moving on to their own lives. Through all the years, your friendship has been the one given we could always count on. You and Charles were always there for us, steady and faithful friends - more like family than most families are nowadays. I haven't been able to wrap my mind around his loss here on earth but take comfort that he is watching over you all. Our love and prayers to all of you today and all of the difficult days to come. If you need us, all you have to do is call.
