Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley for Evella “The Avon Lady” Duhon, 72, who passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 7:00 A.M. in Lafayette, La.
Deacon Byrne Winn will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in the Duhon Cemetery in Mermentau La.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Monday, April 17, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. in the Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley. A Rosary will be recited on Monday at 6:30 P.M. in the Chapel. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 8:00 A.M. until time of service.
Survivors include one son Jerome Duhon of Carrollton, TX; sister, Joyce Trahan of Crowley; very special friend, Kathy Meaux of Gueydan.
Ms. Evella was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Duhon; her parents, Roy and Theresa Guidry; one brother, Lloyd Guidry.
