Caffery James Comeaux
Rayne- A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Caffery James Comeaux, 72, at 1:00 PM on Monday, May 15, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rayne, LA with Rev. Sam Fontana as Celebrant. Visitation will begin in the Duhon Funeral Home-Rayne Chapel on Sunday, May 14, 2017 at 10:00 AM, with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 PM, until 10:00PM and will resume on Monday at 8:00 AM until just prior to the time of service. Interment will follow the church service and will be in St. Joseph “New” Catholic Mausoleum. Mr. Comeaux passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017 at his residence in Rayne, LA.
Mr. Comeaux is survived by his children, Jeffery Comeaux of Rayne, LA, Lisa Comeaux of Rayne, LA, Jerry Comeaux of Rayne, LA, Preston Comeaux and his wife, Katie of Crowley, LA, April Richard and her husband, Blake of Church Point, LA, Hope Bourque and her husband, Derrick of Rayne, LA, Jennifer Comeaux of Rayne, LA, Chad Comeaux and his wife, Brandie of Mire, LA, Brandon Comeaux and Shelley of Rayne, LA; grandchildren, Brandie Comeaux, Jeff Comeaux, Jr., Chelsy Thibodeaux, Brice Desal, Daylon Comeaux, Triston Comeaux, Kylie Comeaux, Jenica Stoute, Tyler DeCesare, Tatum Comeaux, Haden Erbe, Emma Erbe, Drake Comeaux, Landon Thibodeaux, Chelsea LeBlanc, Haila Richard, Bracee Richard, Adrien Broussard, Haley Broussard, Tayler Broussard, Bailey Comeaux, Brooklyn Comeaux; numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy LeBlanc Comeaux; parents, Autry and Marie Comeaux; sisters, Bernita Lantier and Dovey Bourque.
Pallbearers will be Adrien Broussard, Derrick Bourque, Drake Comeaux, Daylon Comeaux, Triston Comeaux and Tyler DeCesare. Honorary pallbearer will be Landon Thibodeaux.
