Obituary for
Glenn Kirt Matte
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 10:00 A.m. at St. Edward Catholic Church in Richard for Glenn K. Matte, 52 who passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017 at 9:49 A.M. at his Daughter’s house in Eunice.
Fr. Wayne Duet, Pastor of St. Edwards Catholic Church in Richard will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in the St. Edwards Catholic Church Cemetery in Richard.
Survivors include three daughters, Hannah Matte of Eunice, Hollie Matte Elkins of Eunice, Meagan Matte of Eunice; one step daughter, Kylei Darbonne of Oakdale; four brothers, Jimmy and Mary Matte of Branch, Wayne and Florence Matte of Welsh, Mike and Brenda Matte of Church Point and Gary and Laura Matte of Branch; three sisters, Dorothy and Jessie Bergeron of Houma, Marie and Dewey Mire of Lawtell and Sandra and Phil Duplechain of Eunice; two grand daughters, Harley Matte, Kenleigh Elkins; three step granddaughters, Jazmin Miller, Gabby Glaze and Bella Glaze.
Mr. Matte was preceded in death by his parents, Elzia and Aline Matte; one nephew, Scotty Matte.
