Rayne- Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 24.2017 at 2:00 PM in the Duhon Funeral Home- Rayne Chapel for Beverly A. Dartez, 57, with Rev. Berl Adams officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:00 AM on Sunday, July 23, 2017 in the Duhon Funeral Home-Rayne Chapel until 10:00PM and will resume on Monday at 8:00 AM until just prior to the service time. Interment will follow the chapel service and will be in Arceneaux Cemetery in Rayne, LA.
Mrs. Dartez is survived by her husband, Raymond Dartez, Jr. of Crowley, LA; children, Corita Hebert and her husband, Wallace of Port Barre, LA, Clovis Averette and his wife, Jerri of Crowley, LA, Cassie Dartez of Delcambre, LA, Raymond Dartez, III and his wife, Hanna of Erath, LA, Shera Dartez of Abbeville, LA; thirteen grandchildren; sisters, Linda Averette of Scott, LA, Elizabeth Averette of Crowley, LA; brothers, Thomas Averette and his wife, Erika of Rayne, LA, Rodney Averette of Rayne, LA, Wilson Guilbeaux and his wife of Conroe, TX, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Beverly was preceded in death by parents, Tommie Averette and Rosa Guidry Averette.
Pallbearers will be, Teal Dartez, Drake Pritchard, Clovis Averette, Wallace Hebert, Jr., Hunter Hebert, and Corita Hebert. Honorary pallbearers will be Clovis Averette, Jr and Jaylon Pritchard.
