Rita Guidry
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home of Crowley for Rita Guidry, 87 who passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 3:35 P.M.at Southwind Nursing Home in Crowley.
Pastor Larry Evans, Pastor of Parkerson Ave. Baptist Church in Crowley will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Crowley.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. until time of services in the Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley.
Survivors include one daughter, Trina Falgout and companion, Henry Cantrell of Duson; one son, David and wife, Felicia Falgout of Estherwood; one brother, Vincent Paul and wife, Tina Guidry of Crowley; three sisters, Barbara Ann Guidry of Sulphur, Peggy G. Campbell of Lafayette and Lenora G. and husband, Harold Cormier of Estherwood; four grandchildren, Brian Guidry, Briath Falgout, Amanda F. Savoie and Jennifer Falgout; eight great-grandchildren, Logan, Lea Grace, Cain Levi, Stone Wayne, Atticus, Braxton, Levi and Riley.
Ms. Guidry was preceded in death by her first husband, William “Bill” Guidry, her second husband, Wiltz Joseph Falgout; one son, Michael Wayne Guidry; one daughter, infant daughter Peggy Anne Falgout; one grandson, Stephen Guidry.
The family would like to thank Southwind Nursing Home, Lamm Hospice, and Dr Walker for their loving care.
