Rayne- A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Delton J. "Perro" Perrodin, 87, at 2:00 PM on Wednesday May 2, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rayne, LA with Rev. Christopher Cambre as Celebrant. Visitation will be held in Duhon Funeral Home-Rayne Chapel on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 PM and will resume on Wednesday at 8:00 AM until just prior to the service time. Interment will follow the Mass and will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery “New” in Rayne, LA. Mr. Perrodin passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018 at his residence in Rayne, LA.
Mr. Perrodin is survived by his children, Brenda Ledoux and her husband, Raymond of Church Point, LA, Debbie Martin of Bay St. Louis, MS, Helen Guillory of Branch, LA and Phillip Perrodin and his wife, Cassie of Rayne, LA; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Delton Perrodin and Laura Venable Perrodin; wife, Sybil Bergeron Perrodin; son, Elvis Perrodin; grandson, Brandon Guillory; son-in-law, Edward Martin, Sr. and two sisters, Mable Broussard and Rose Domingue.Pallbearers will be Beau Perrodin, Randy Ledoux, Kyle Guillory, Rickey Henry, Raymond Ledoux, Brett Thibodeaux,Steven Soileau and Josh Boudreaux. Honorary Pallbearer will be Devin Perrodin.
