Obituary for
Willie Glenn Windham
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at The Elizabeth Memorial Baptist Church in Branch for Willie Glenn Windham, 77, who was reunited with Jesus on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 6:00 a.m. at his home in Branch surrounded by family.
Pastor Kevin Colson, Pastor of Elizabeth Memorial Baptist Church will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in the Elizabeth Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery in Branch.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. until time of Services.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda D. Windham of Branch; two daughters, Rene’ and husband David Mire of Lafayette and Reba and husband, Brian Crochet of Lafayette; two step daughters, Sarah and husband, Larry Thibodeaux of Lafayette and Anjanette and husband, Greg Hebert of Branch; one step son, Scott and wife, Peyton Richard of Duncan, SC.; eight grandchildren, Taylor and Blake Harper, Austin and Gavin Mire, Daniel Crochet, Andre’ and Denae’ Hebert and Abigail Thibodeaux; and one sister, Jean Grafton of Broussard.
Mr. Windham was preceded in death by parents, Albert and Inez Windham; two brothers, Luther and Fred Windham; four sisters, Marie Peavey, Leitha McLaughlin, Lottie Bradford and Joyce Duke.
