A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Margaret’s Catholic Church in Estherwood for Margaret Q. Mesh, 92, who passed away at her home in Egan on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 5:30 P.M.
Fr. Randy Moreau, Pastor of St. Margaret Catholic Church will be officiating for the services. Burial will be held in the Estherwood Cemetery in Estherwood, La.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley. A Rosary will be recited on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 7 o’clock in the evening in the Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 8:00 A.M. until time of services.
Survivors include her husband of seventy three years, J.D. Mesh of Egan; one daughter, Ruth and husband, Charles, Holy, Jr. of Iota; two sons, Adam and wife, Linda Meche of Franklin and Mark and wife, Lois Meche of Egan; nine grandchildren; twenty six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Mesh was preceded in death by one step grandson, Jason Holy; her parents, Adam and Odile C. Quibodeaux; two sisters, Mary Odile Romero and an infant sister; one brother, Mark Quibodeaux.
