Maudrey Guthrie (Gaspard)
Crowley- Funeral services will be held for Maudrey G. Guthrie, 88, at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 12, 2017, in the Duhon Funeral Home-Crowley Chapel with Pastor Kerry Doucet officiating. Visitation will begin on Sunday at 10:00 AM until just prior to the time of service. Interment will follow the chapel service and will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Crowley, LA. Mrs. Guthrie passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at her niece’s home in Crowley, LA.
She is survived by her nieces, Jammila Seaux and her husband, Michael of Estherwood, LA, Marilyn Leger of Crowley, LA and Sadie Shamsie and her husband, Dan of Lafayette, LA as well as numerous other nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Guthrie was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Guthrie: parents, Eluke Gaspard and Lucille Chiasson Gaspard; siblings, Mary Louise Gaspard, Lou Ana Gaspard Monceaux and her husband, John, Wilis Gaspard and his wife, Odeal as well as numerous and nieces and nephews.
