Obituary for
John Gerald Perrodin
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 11:30 A.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Church Point for John Gerald Perrodin, 75, who passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 9:30 P.M. at Acadia General Hospital in Crowley.
Rev. Micah Collins, Pastor of Elizabeth Memorial Baptist Church in Branch will be officiating for the services. Burial will be held in St. Edmund Catholic Church Cemetery in Branch, LA.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. in the Funeral Home Chapel in Church Point. Visitation will resume on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 8:00 A.M. until time of services.
Survivors include his wife of fifty three years, Maudry Laviolette Perrodin of Branch; one son, Shane Perrodin and fiancé, Lynn Ray of Branch; three sisters, Shirley and husband, Ronald Credeur of Duson, Irma and husband, Frank Jeffers of Branch, Jeanette and husband, Vic Russell of Scott; three brothers, Ronald and wife, Pearl Perrodin of Branch, Jimmy and wife, Sandy Perrodin of Missouri City, TX, Kenneth and wife, Linda Perrodin of El Dorado Springs, MO; four grandchildren, Dillon and wife, Brittany Perrodin of Branch, Brayden Perrodin of Branch, Duston Cormier and fiancé, Alishiah Seiley of Grand Coteau, Tabatha Cormier of Eunice; one great-granddaughter, Oaklee Perrodin of Branch, Gavin Seiley and one great-grandchild on the way.
Pallbearers for the services will be Shane Perrodin, Dillon Perrodin, Brayden Perrodin, Mathew Besse, Duston Cormier, Todd Perrodin and Mark Perrodin.
Mr. Perrodin was preceded in death by his parents, John Berchman and Willia Bell T. Perrodin; also his paternal and maternal grandparents.
