A Memorial Service will be held at Our Lady of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Church Point, Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. for Tom Timmit Briscoe, 77, who passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 12:11 A.M. at Acadia St. Landry Hospital in Church Point. A Rosary will be recited at 9:30 A.M before the Memorial service..
Survivors include one son, Brian and wife, Christine Briscoe of Church Point; one daughter, Kim and husband, Donnie Hutchcroft of Sumner, Wash; seven grandchildren, Brook, Kirklyn, Megan, Alisha, Josh, Donald, and Hannah; two great-grandchildren, Andrew and Melody Rose; three brothers, Getty Briscoe of Church Point, Blaine and wife, Nancy Briscoe of Church Point, Lane Briscoe of Church Point; one sister, Sherry Briscoe of Church Point.
Timmit was preceded in death by one daughter, Toyna Briscoe; one son, Karl Briscoe; his parents, Lloyd and Verlie O. Briscoe; two brothers, Ray Lloyd Briscoe and Dennis Briscoe; one sister, Dorothy Aymond.
