I was unable to attend the services but wanted to express my condolences. We were friends since high school.

When I was a young boy, Jake and two or three of his brothers rented a couple rooms w/bath in my grandparents home @ 825 North Avenue F here in Crowley(later the CCC). I guess they were on their own and needed a place to live economically. May the Lord of us all comfort his family during this sad time.
