Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Church Point for Charles Z. Richard, 60, who passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 9:44 A.M. in Church Point.
Br. Rick Pavlu, Pastor of the First UPC of Church Point will be officiating for the services. Burial will be held in the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery in Church Point.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Monday, December 03, 2018, at 5:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Church Point. A Rosary will be recited at 7 o’clock on Monday evening in the Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 8:00 A.M. until time of services.
Survivors include two grandchildren, Alex and Riley Higginbotham both of Church Point; two sisters, Janet and husband, James Ford of Church Point, Kateri Higginbotham and fiancé, John Mrak of Church Point; two brothers, Jude and wife, Wendy Richard of Church Point, Travis and wife, Sandy Richard of Church Point.
Charles was preceded in death by two daughters, Chasity and Keisha Richard and one son, Ryan Richard; his parents, Lubert Richard and LouAnna Vanicor.
