Church Point- A Memorial Service celebrating the life of Joseph M. Guillory, Sr., 69, will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Duhon Funeral Home-Church Point Chapel with Rev. Ivan Lewis officiating. Interment will be held at a later date. Mr. Guillory passed away on Friday, December 27, 2018 at his residence in Church Point, LA.
Mr. Guillory is survived by his children, Nina Guillory DuPont (Michael) of Church Point, LA, Cynthia Guillory (Anthony) of Opelousas, LA, Immaculate “Pepa” Guillory of Dallas, TX, Joseph Guillory, Jr. (Blanca) of Benbrook, TX, Kenny Guillory (Victoria) of Denham Springs, LA, Victoria “Tori” Guillory of Church Point, LA, Janie Charlot (Perrin Mobley) of Atlanta, GA and Kevin Simien (Lisa) of North Carolina; fourteen grandchildren; one great grandson, Darnell Andrus; two brothers, Martin “Big G” Guillory (Betty) of Branch, LA and Kermit (Betty) Guillory of Church Point, LA and one sister, Mary Guidry of Church Point, LA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Privat Guillory and Eula Lacour Guillory, brother, Ivan Guillory as well as numerous other siblings.
