Crowley- A Celebration of the life of James Ray Burnett , Sr., 70, will be held at a later date. Mr. Burnett passed away on April 1, 2019 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette, LA.
Mr. Burnett is survived by his children, Tiffany Burnett and her fiance’, Wilson Kraemer, Dana Naquin and husband, Keith , James Burnett, Jr. and his wife, Traci, Joseph Burnett and Sissy McKinnie; three grandchildren, Kole Dupuis, Adalynn Burnett and Reese Burnett; sisters, Marie Soignet and Sallie Adkerson; brothers, Raymond Burnett , Robert Burnett and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Burnett; mother, Madgeline Dunaway; father, James Hart Burnett; step father, Juan Olen Dunaway; sisters, Jamie Sue Bates and Laura Beth Mouzon.
