Crowley- Funeral Services will be held for Mitchell N. Chase, 70, at 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 25, 2019 in the Duhon Funeral Home, LLC-Crowley Chapel with Rev. Berl Adams officiating. Visitation will begin in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM and will resume on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 10:00 AM until just prior to service time. Interment will be at a later date. Mr. Chase passed away at his residence in Crowley, LA on Sunday, April 21, 2019.
Mr. Chase is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Eula Mae Primeaux Chase of Crowley, LA; children, Kathy and Charlene of West Texas, Tiffany Guilbeau and her husband, Tony, James Fontenot, Jr. and his wife, Mandy, Amy Hoffpauir and husband, Steven all of Crowley, LA; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews; brothers, Andy Chase and his wife, Bea of Plaquemine, LA, Dave Chase of Chicago, IL and Dan Chase of Oregon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alphonse and Veronica Chase; daughter, Lisa Chase and one sister, Christine Chase.
