Church Point- A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Rosa M. Guillory, 79, at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Mallet, LA with Rev. Borgia Aubespin as Celebrant. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Mallet, LA from 9:00 AM until just prior to the time of service. A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held from 10:00 AM until 10:30 AM on Thursday and interment will follow the church service and will be St. Ann Catholic Cemetery. Mrs. Guillory passed away on Friday, April 26, 2019.
Mrs. Guillory is survived by her children, John Edmund Guillory of Lafayette, LA, Jenenetta Guillory Wethers of Lafayette, LA, Ramona Guillory Coleman and her husband, Robert “Bob” Coleman of Lafayette, LA; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-granchildren; three great-great grandchildren; sister, Linda Guillory Ned and her husband, Jerry Ned, Sr of Lake Charles, LA; brother, Willard Guillory (Wanda) of Lake Charles, LA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dallas and Alverta Guillory; husband, Melson Guillory; sister, Shirley Guillory; brothers, Walter Guillory, Daniel Guillory and Lonnie Guillory.
Pallbearers will be Derrick Guillory, Elliott Guillory, Tyrone Wethers, II, Travis Wethers, Derrick Guillory, II and Tristen Dupuis. Honorary Pallbearers will be Willard Guillory, John Edmund Guillory , Robert “Bob “ Coleman and Tyrone Wethers.
