Obituary for Larry Dale` DeVille Sr.
Crowley- A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Larry D. DeVille, Sr, 62, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Crowley, LA at 1:30 PM with Rev. Allen Breaux as Celebrant. Visitation will be held in the Duhon Funeral Home-Crowley Chapel on Sunday, July 7, 2019 from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM, with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 PM, and will resume on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 8:00 AM until just prior to the service time. Interment will follow the Mass and will be in Acadia Resthaven Cemetery in Crowley, LA. Mr. DeVille passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Lafayette General Medical Center surrounded by family and friends.
Mr. DeVille is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Patricia Simon DeVille of Crowley, LA; children, Larry DeVille, Jr. and his wife, Summer of Lafayette, LA, Gregery DeVille and his wife, Amy of Jennings, LA, Monty DeVille and his wife Misty of Delcambre, LA; grandchildren, Caileb Miller, Hunter DeVille, Brayden DeVille all of Evangeline, LA, Isabelle DeVille, Mason DeVille, Elijah DeVille, Camille DeVille all of Jennings, LA and Cohen DeVille of Lafayette, LA; siblings, Ernest DeVille and his wife, Cynthia of Crowley, LA, Kenneth DeVille and his wife, Tootie of Crowley, LA and Melanie Trim of Crowley, LA; sister-in-law, Connie DeVille of Jennings, LA; two Godchildren, Amber DeVille and Randall Simon, Jr. both of Crowley, LA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Amos DeVille and Joyce Mae Comeaux DeVille; three brothers, Raymond DeVille, Laurence “Coppy” DeVille and Donald DeVille.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth DeVille, Chad DeVille, Corey DeVille, Gregery DeVille, Larry DeVille, Jr., Hunter DeVille, Murad Korejo and Randall Simon, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Monty DeVille and Caileb Miller.
