Duson- A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Dallas “Dap” Mouton, 74, at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church in Duson, LA with Rev. Emmanuel Awe, SSJ, as Celebrant. Visitation will be held on Saturday at St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church from 8:00 AM until just prior to the service time. Interment will follow the Mass and will be in St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Cemetery in Duson, LA. Mr. Mouton passed away on Thursday, July 11 2019.
Mr. Mouton is survived by his sisters, Audrey Guidry of Rayne, LA and Audrey Alexander of Sacramento, CA ; daughters, Yolanda Senegal of Rayne, LA, LaTanya Senegal of Mire, LA and Sandra Cormier of Houston, TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace Mouton and Laura Senegal Mouton ; his wife, Audrey Domingue Mouton and one sister, Mary Mouton Clark.
Pallbearers will be Harry Guidry, Jr., Wilson Mouton, Jr., Clayton Mouton, Adrian Morris, Juawan Cormier and Niajual Cormier.
