Church Point- A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Lolly James Andrepont, 71, at 1:00 PM on Monday, August 5, 2019 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point, LA with Pere’ David Rozas as Celebrant. Visitation will be held in the Duhon Funeral Home-Church Point Chapel on Monday from 9:00 AM until just prior to the time of service. A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held in the chapel at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow the Mass and will be in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart “New” Cemetery in Church Point, LA. Mr. Andrepont passed away on Friday, August 2, 2019 at Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette, LA surrounded by his loving daughters along with their husbands.
Mr. Andrepont is survived by children, Tyra Motes and her husband, Gregory of Mobile, AL, Amy Brickner and her husband, Emmett of Mobile, AL and Krystle Hadden and her husband, Matt of Saraland, AL; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; siblings, Marie Downing and her husband, Hal of Whitehouse, TX, Terry Andrepont and his wife, Cheryl of Church Point, LA, Juan Andrepont and his wife, Brenda of Church Point, LA and Becky Thibodeaux of Church Point, LA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eby and Marie Andrepont as well as one brother, John Ricky Andrepont.
Pallbearers will be Emmett Brickner, Greg Motes, Matt Hadden, Devon Payne, Matt Burleigh, Hal Downing, Shane Andrepont and Richie Doucet.
