Obituary for John Chadwick Ashford Jr.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 18, 2019 at 8:00 P.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne for John C. Ashford, Jr, 66, who passed away at his home in Scott on Monday, October 14, 2019 at 7:00 P.M.
Pastor Berl Adams, Pastor of The First Baptist Church in Church Point will be officiating for the services.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Friday, October 18, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. until time of services in the Funeral Home Chapel.
Survivors include two sons, Chase and wife, Heather Ashford of Duson, Chadwick and wife, Devon Ashford of Indian Bayou; one brother, Bernard Ashford of Port Barre; three grandchildren, Ella, Kendall and Riley.
Mr. Ashford was preceded in death by his parents, John C. Ashford, Sr. and Betty R. Cook; two sisters, Rhen Fontenot and Pamela Ashford.
