There will be an invitation-only family service not to exceed 10 people at a viewing, memorial/religious service or graveside service due to the restrictions of the current COVID-19 pandemic. When the situation allows, a celebration of her life will be held for her friends and family. Private Graveside Service will be held for Kathy Breaux Guidry, 52, who passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 8:15 A.M. at Lady of the Oaks Nursing Home in Lafayette.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph Guidry, Jr. of Lafayette; three brothers, James and wife, Debra Breaux of Breaux Bridge, John and wife, Mary Breaux of Lafayette and Charles and wife, Jeanette Breaux of Richard; host of nieces and nephews.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Breaux, Sr. and Rose Guillory Breaux; two sisters, Judy Boutin and Lena Mae Bourque; three brothers, Delton, Leo and Louis Breaux, Jr.
Pallbearers for the services will be Ernest Daigle, Jr., Eddie Breaux, Charles L. Breaux, Lance Breaux, Dalton Breaux, and Kevin J. Breaux. Honorary Pallbearers for the service will be Fred Guidry.
