Obituary for Early Vallery Sr.
Private Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2020 for Early Vallery, Sr., 75, who passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 10:26 A.M. at The Acadian Medical Center in Eunice.
Fr. Joseph Tran, Pastor of St. Lawrence Catholic Church will be officiating for the services. Burial will be held in St. Lawrence Catholic Church Cemetery in Mowata.
The family has requested Drive Thru visitation on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at the Duhon Funeral Home in Rayne, LA.
On May 26, 2020, Mr. Early Michael Vallery, Sr., a loving husband and father of 8 children, gained his wings at the age of 75 after a long battle with kidney disease. Mr. Vallery was born on February 19, 1945 in Branch, La to the late Marjorie Bellard and Wilson Vallery, Sr. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife of 55 years, Corita Mae Vallery (Guillory), five daughters: Stephanie (Patrick) Garrick of Branch, La, Caprina Vallery of Baton Rouge, La, Linda Vallery of Eunice, La, Marjorie (Rosevelt) Vallery of Crowley, La, and Charlotte (Timmy) Jones of Youngsville, La. He also leaves three sons: Michael (Antoinette) Vallery of Church Point, La, Randy Vallery of Church Point, La and Wilson Vallery III of Church Point, La. He had one brother, Wilson Vallery, Jr. (Dorothy) of Branch, La and one sister Diane Guillory of Eunice, La. He was blessed with 27 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Mr. Early Vallery was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Archie Vallery, and one sister, Earline Caesar.
Mr. Early was a very loving, friendly and kind individual that would give the shirt off his back to help family and friends. He loved fishing, watching his soap operas, his western movies and playing cards with his family. He will be deeply missed by everyone. He may be gone from our sight, but he will never be gone from our hearts.
