Obituary for Ruby Hoffpauir Spell
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 5, 2020 at the Forest Park Church of Christ for Ruby Hoffpauir Spell, 91, who died at 4:20 a.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at Southwind Nursing Home in Crowley, LA.
Rev. Jason Corder, Pastor of Forest Park Church of Christ will officiate the funeral services and the burial at the Indian Bayou Methodist Cemetery. Visitation may be observed on Friday at the Forest Park Church of Christ from 10:00 am until service time.
She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Bealer and husband Doug of Indian Bayou, LA and Kim McFarland and her husband Danny of Duncan, OK; one son, David Lindenau of Juneau, AK; one sister, Betty Stuckey of Crowley, LA and two grandchildren, Ashley Pennington and Jake of Indian Bayou, LA and Andy McFarland of Duncan, OK
She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-five years, Frank Spell, Jr.; her parents, Samuel Hoffpauir, Jr. and Nedia Leblanc Hoffpauir Coleman; stepfather Louis Coleman and one sister Bertha Coleman.
