Obituary for Jessie John Richard
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at St’s Peter and Paul catholic cemetery in Scott, LA for Jessie John Richard, 75, who died at 1:21 p.m. Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Lafayette General Hospital.
Mr. Richard was born August 19, 1944 in Crowley, LA to the late Clyde and Rena Gary Richard. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and proudly served his country during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by Pearl Richard; his daughter Tammy R. Aucoin and her fiancé’, Bob Kirkpatrick of Magnolia, TX; two sisters, Betty Lou Simon of Roberts Cove, LA and Izemia Mary Hebert of Lake Arthur, LA and one granddaughter, Britney Foster and her husband Joey of Spring, TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Lorena Garcia.
