A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. at St. John Catholic Church Chapel in Lewisburg for Mary Ethel “Suzie” Thibodeaux, 89, who passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 10:00 P.M. at Acadia St. Landry Guest Home in Church Point.
Fr. Patrick Broussard, Pastor of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point will be officiating for the services. Burial will be held in the St. John Catholic Church Chapel Cemetery in Lewisburg.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 9:30 A.M. until 2:30 P.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Church Point. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday at 11:00 A.M. in the Funeral Home Chapel.
Survivors include one daughter, Rose Marie Thibodeaux Fontenot of Lewisburg; one son, Homer Joe Thibodeaux of Lewisburg.
Ms. Thibodeaux was preceded in death by her husband, Ewell Thibodeaux; one daughter, Mary Elaine Thibodeaux; two brothers, Rifton and Joe Richard.
