Obituary for Trey-Kwan Travaiion "Trey" Butler

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at The Good Shepherd Deliverance Revival Center in Branch for Trey-Kwan Travaiion “Trey” Butler, 14, who passed away on Friday, November 4, 2020 at 2:15 P.M. at Lafayette General Hospital in Lafayette.
Pastor Lucille Moore, Pastor of the Good Shepherd Deliverance Revival Center in Branch will be officiating for the services. Burial will be held in Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church New Cemetery in Church Point.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 8:00 A.M. until time of services all at the Good Shepherd Deliverance Revival Center in Branch.
Survivors include his parents, Tremayne Butler and Anisha Citizen; one sister, Tranaissa Citizen; one brother, Tramaine Butler all of Church Point; his maternal grandparents, Gregory Citizen and Jeanetta Citizen; his paternal grandmother, Alice Butler of Rayne; four uncles, Gregory Citizen (April Babineaux), Kaliup Citizen, Damion Jones and Osborne (Marcey) Butler, Jr; four aunts, Timeka Butler, Tashaka Butler, ShaQuinta (Lionel) Zachary, Sr., and Annastaycha Butler; a host of cousins, family, and friends whom loved him deeply.
Trey-Kwan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Osborne Butler, Sr.; his great-grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Charles Butler, Sr. and Mr. & Mrs. Eugene Roy; his maternal great-grandfather, George Citizen, Jr.; his great aunt, Shirley Briscoe; three cousins, Asiyah S. Lardon, MarKasha Guidry and Matiya Zachary.
