Obituary for Berkley Keith Desselle
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel of Crowley, LA for Berkley Keith Desselle, 63, who died at 1:10 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 2020 in New Orleans, LA.
Rev. Burl Adams, Pastor of First Baptist Church od Church Point, LA will officiate the Funeral services and visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until 2:00 p.m.
Keith was born March 15, 1957 in Crowley, LA to the late Berkley and Lucille Petry Desselle. He worked as a supervisor for Doug Ashy in Rayne and also with his lifelong friend Joey Cuccio at his body shop in Crowley. He loved the outdoors, Sports and watching Beau play ball.
He is survived by his daughter Chelsa Hernandez and her husband, Carlos of Sherman, TX; his son, Berkley “Beau” Keith Desselle, II and his companion, Skylar Hearn of Crowley, LA; 3 sisters, Sherry Williams, Kayla Helton and her husband, Gary and Celeste Richard and her husband John all of Crowley, LA; a brother, Kent Desselle and his wife Darcie of Iota; 5 grandchildren, Adalynn Grace Hernandez, Owen Pierce Hernandez, Berkley Keith ”Trae” Desselle, III, Eldridge Leon “Eli” Desselle and Annaleigh Cathryn Hearn and many, many loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Virginia Semenuk.
