A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 1:00 P. M. at Immaculate Heart of Mary in Crowley for Thomas L. Guillory, 83, who passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 8:20 P.M. at his home in Catahoula.
Fr. Jason Vidrine, Pastor of Immaculate Heart of Mary will be officiating for the service. Burial will be held in Woodlawn Cemetery in Crowley.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 11:00 A. M. until 10:00 P.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley. A Rosary will be recited at 6 o’clock in the evening in the Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley. Visitation will resume on Tuesday at 8:00 A.M. until time of service.
Survivors include his companion, Sylvia Borel of Catahoula; one daughter, Patricia and husband, Jim Newell of Alabama; seven grandchildren, Britney and husband, William Boone of Crowley; Trevor Guillory and Haley Legnion of Estherwood; Stacy LeJeune of Richard; Marty LeJeune of Richard; Dallas Arceneaux of New Jersey, Rachil Arceneaux of Texas, and Devon Arceneaux of Alabama; nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Guillory was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley M. Guillory; one son Tommy Guillory; two daughters, Kimerla G. Bonin, and Scherrie D. LeJeune; his parents, Dominic Guillory, Sr. and Badtine L. Guillory; three brothers, Merle Lee Guillory, Dominic Guillory, Jr. and Gilbert Guillory; four sisters, Lauren Redlich, Genieve Fontenot, Jeanette Hanks and Mary Guillory.
Pallbearers for the services will be Trevor Guillory, Jarrod Hollier, Jim Newell, Jim Erbelding, Gerald “Killer” Landry and Chad Stacy. Honorary Pallbearers will be William Boone, James Erbelding and Todd John.
