Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 16, 2021 at the Maryland Chapel CME Church in Branch, LA for Austin Leopaul, 55, who died at 8:31 a.m. Monday, January 11, 2021 in Crowley, LA.
Rev. Jessie C. Banks, Sr. will officiate the funeral service and the burial will follow in the Branch Cemetery. Visitation may be observed on Saturday at the Maryland Chapel CME Church in Branch, LA from 8:00 a.m. until service time.
Mr. Leopaul is survived by his companion of 21 years Erica Eaglin of Rayne, LA; 1 daughter, Samantha Eaglin of Rayne, LA; 2 sons, Ernest Eaglin of Rayne, LA and Jaquincy Harmon of Rayne; 1 sister, Sable Leopaul of Lafayette, LA; 3 grandchildren, Kayden Manuel, Ja’Kyren Harmon and Ja’Kylon Harmon and a special cousin, Wilbert Leopaul.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Audrey Morrison and Helen Leopaul; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Reva Eaglin and Ervin Monroe, Jr. and 1 granddaughter, Kamryn Lindon.
