Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2021 at the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel of Rayne, LA for Joseph Kermit Lejeune, 66, who died at 9:34 a.m. Thursday, January 28, 2021 in Lafayette, LA.
Rev. Berl Adams, Pastor of First Baptist church of Church Point, will celebrate the funeral services and the burial will follow in the Saint Edward Cemetery in Richard, LA. Visitation may be observed on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Joseph is survived by 3 daughters, Amanda Lejeune, Brittany Robinson and Ericka Robinson all of Rayne, LA; 1 son, Michael Lejeune of Rayne, LA; 5 sisters, Theresa Lejeune of Rayne, LA, Glenda Savoy of Church Point, LA, Linda Savoy of Church Point, LA, Lucille Lejeune of Eunice, LA and Tina Nelson of St. Martinville, LA; 1 brother Ricky Lejeune and 2 grandchildren, Jaritt Lejeune and Jaela Stelly.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Robinson Lejeune; 1 son, James Robinson; his parents, Essie and Earline Lejeune; 1 sister, Norma Carrier and a son-in-law, Hubert Bernard.
