Mrs. Richard was born February 12, 1951 in New Orleans, LA to the late Reid and Amelia Olsen Coppersmith.
She is survived by her husband Joseph Richard of Crowley, LA; her daughter Tammy Fugate of Colorado; 2 sisters Jeanette Lorraine Hunter of Crowley and Rose hillman of Jayees, MS; 1 granddaughter Ashley; 2 nieces Brittany Para and Heather Richard both of Crowley and a nephew Tad Hunter of Crowley.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Gloria Jean Anseman.
