Obituary for Robert Joseph Pons Jr.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date for Robert J. Pons, Jr., 78, who passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021, at his home in Church Point at 4:35 P.M.
Survivors include his wife of fifty-four years, Carol W. Pons of Church Point; two sons, Jeffrey and wife, Kelly Pons of Church Point, Robert A. and wife, Tricia Pons of Slidell; one sister, Michele and husband, Thomas Alderman of Baton Rouge; and three grandchildren, Shelby, Bailey and Colby Pons.
Mr. Pons retired from the New Orleans Fire Department in 2000.
Mr. Pons was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Joseph Pons, Sr. and Doris C. Pons.
