I’m still in disbelief that you’re no longer here on Earth with us, DG. I will never forget the phone call I received from Darlene that started my career in recruiting. She hired me as the recruiting coordinator and from then on she took me under her wing. She would call me her, mini-me 🥲 - couldn’t have asked for a better mentor. Although our career paths went a different way, we remained close friends. I will cherish all the great memories we made and will miss her dearly. Praying for her mom and family.

I’m deeply saddened about Darlene. She recruited me to work with at Houston Northwest Medical Center. She was a great mentor and I will miss her. She loved her family in Louisiana. She loved the annual Mardi Gras celebration her parents hosted in Churchpoint. Darlene was a sweet lady and a very hard worker. My thoughts and prayers are with her mom and family. May God grant you all serenity during this difficult time. Sincerely Nora Angeles
