A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for Darlene A. Guillory, 63, who passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 11:28 A.M. at The St. Joseph Carpenter House in Lafayette.
Survivors include her mother, Leona V. Guillory of Church Point; two sisters, Deborah M. Guillory and Arlene and husband, Houston Frazier both of Church Point; one brother, Kirk J. Guillory of Church Point; nieces, Summer Frazier of Denver, CO; three nephews, Chase and wife, Mandy Frazier of Alexandria, Ryan and wife, Kathryn Guillory of San Antoine; Sean Guillory of Odessa, TX; three great nieces, Chaselynn Frazier, Sydney Guillory and Ruby Guillory; two great nephew, Owen and Holden Guillory; aunt, Bonnie Venable of Church Point, Carolyn and husband, Jamie White of Liberty, Miss; uncles, Kenneth and wife, Denise Hebert of Gonzales, Gene and wife, Nancy Hebert of Omaha, NEB, and Michael Willingham of VA; cousins, Jon and wife, Michelle White, Jared White all of Baton Rouge, Lucas and wife, Jacquline Hebert of Gonzales, Casey and wife, Rhonda Hebert of Omaha, NEB, Amanda and Rachel Hebert.
Darlene enjoyed life and loved spending time with her family.
Preceded in death by her father, LeRoy J. Guillory; Grandparents, John Guillory, Alton and Lillian Hebert, Alphan and Eve Venable; uncles, Nerell Guillory, Leander “Black” and wife, Burna Venable, Joffery Venable; and aunt, Linda Willingham.
Darlene’s family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to all the family, friends and all the employees at St. Joseph Hospice who helped her with such great care. Also a big thank you to Fr. Jeff DeBlanc for being there for all of them for the spirituals needs.
