Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 30. 2021 at the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel of Crowley, LA for Rena Broussard Thibodeaux, 83, who died at 7:16 p.m. Monday, June 28, 2021 at her residence in Morse, LA.
Deacon Byrne Winn will officiate the funeral services and the Committal Service at the Hanks Cemetery in Morse, LA. Visitation may be observed on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
Mrs. Thibodeaux was born June 8, 1938 in Sulphur, LA to the late Dudley and Irene Hargrave Weekley. She was a longtime resident of Morse, LA.
She is survived by her two sons, James Curtis Thibodeaux, Jr. and Joseph Sheldon Thibodeaux both of Morse, LA; 2 sisters, Dolores Weekley Soileau Plumlee of Morse, LA and Sandra Kay Weekley of Lake Arthur, LA; 3 brothers Roland Weekley of Winnie, TX, Ronald Harrington of Orange, TX. and Donald Harrington of Carlyss, LA and one granddaughter, Monique Jenea Thibodeaux.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Curtis Thibodeaux, SR. and 2 brothers, Tony Ray Weekley and Russell Weekley.
