Obituary for Chad Ray Thibodeaux
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Michael Catholic Church in Crowley for Chad Ray Thibodeaux, 43, who passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 10:39 P.M. in Crowley.
Fr. Mikel Polson, Pastor of St. Michael Catholic Church in Crowley will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Crowley.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home in Crowley. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday at 6:30 P.M. in the Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley. Visitation will resume on Thursday, at 8:00 A.M. until time of services.
Survivors include one son, Tayden Thibodeaux of Crowley; one daughter, Kylie Thibodeaux of Texas; his mother, Rebecca “Sue” Stafford of Crowley; three sisters, Jenny and husband, Terry Hanks of Roberts Cove, Celeste and husband, Mason Morgan of Lyons Point, and Tia Simon and fiancé Taylor Bertrand of Crowley; his paternal grandmother, Anes Thibodeaux of Morse; his maternal grandmother, Jeanette G. Stutes of Crowley; host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Chad enjoyed woodworking, had a love for animals and he enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Chad was preceded in death by one son, Blayne Thibodeaux; his father, Rayburn Thibodeaux; his maternal grandfathers, J. C. Sensat and Allen “A.J.” Stutes; his paternal grandfather, Rufus Thibodeaux.
