Obituary for Betty Jo Necaise Green
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 22, 2022 at the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel for Betty Jo Necaise Green, 79, who died at 9:50 P.M. Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Landmark of Rayne.
Pastor Glen Harrison of Living Church of God will celebrate the funeral services. Interment will follow in the Acadia Resthaven Mausoleum. Visitation may be observed on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the Duhon Funeral Home of Crowley.
Mrs. Green was born August 24, 1942 in New Orleans, LA to Ralph and Elizabeth Moore Necaise. She was a loving mother and grandmother and loved her animals too. She was an active church member and loved her pastor and church family.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer McMasters and her husband, Todd of Huntersville, NC; 3 sons, John Green of Crowley, George Michael Green and his wife Marilyn of Crowley and Tommy Green and his wife, Katie of Crowley; 6 sisters, Rose Brumfield, Athena Copello, Maureen Stuckey, Theresa Kling, Belinda Madanat and Nadine Harvey; 3 brothers, Ralph Necaise, Jr., Norman Necaise and Gary Necaise; 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Christopher C. Green; 2 brothers, Dennis and Harold Necaise and a sister, Rachel Vincent.
