A memorial service will be held at a later date for Jerry Allen Comeaux, 55, who passed away peacefully at 6:15 p.m. Monday, May 1, 2023 in Crowley.
He will be laid to rest with his parents, Caffery and Patsy Leblanc Comeaux at Saint Joseph mausoleum in Rayne.
Jerry was born March 17, 1968 in Rayne, LA. He worked most of his life as a painter. He was a loving brother and uncle to his 7 siblings, godchildren, nieces and nephews. He was an animal lover and enjoyed tending to his fish, birds, dogs and cats, etc. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by 4 sisters; Lisa Comeaux of Rayne; April Richard of Rayne, Hope Bourque and her husband, Derrick of Rayne and Jennifer Comeaux of Rayne; 3 brothers, Jeffery Comeaux of Rayne, Preston Comeaux of Rayne and Chad Comeaux and his wife Brandie of Rayne; 4 godchildren, Brandie Comeaux, Drake Comeaux, Bailey Comeaux and Landon thibodeaux and many loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
