Obituary for Joyce Marie Thibodeaux
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 11:30 A.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne for Joyce M. Thibodeaux, 82, who passed away on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 7:45 P.M. at Maison de Lafayette in Lafayette.
Deacon Lacroix, from St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rayne will be officiating for the services.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. until time of services in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne.
Survivors include two daughters, Lynn Ann Quebodeaux of Jennings, and Jackie Oliver of Arnaudville; one son, Merlin Joseph Oliver of Egan; one sister, Margery and husband, Dale Patin of Scott; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Ms. Thibodeaux was preceded in death by one daughter, Janice Ann Simar; one son, Richard Brian Quebodeaux; two grandsons, Timothy, and Cory; one grand-daughter, Felicia; her parents, Godsay and Ida D. Quebodeaux; five sisters, Zokie Pousson, Clarice Thibodeaux, Ethel Pousson, Adley Andrepont, and Virginia LeJeune.
The family would like to send a heartfelt Thank You to her granddaughter, Kesha, and Audubon Hospice.
