Eva "Mae" Monroe Goodwin (Monroe)
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at 1:00 P.M. at St. Edmund Catholic Church in Branch for, Eva Mae Monroe Goodwin, 59, who passed away at her home in Branch on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at 8:33 P.M.
Fr. Bartholomew Landry will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in the St. Edmund Catholic Church Cemetery in Branch, La.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 7:30 A.M. until time of services in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Church Point.
Survivors include one daughter, Temica Goodwin of Branch; two brothers, Arthur “Bear” and wife, Viola Monroe of Lafayette and Percy James Monroe of Baytown, TX.; several nieces and nephews.
Ms. Goodwin was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Goodwin, Sr.; two sons, Abraham Goodwin and Donald Ray Goodwin, Jr.; her parents, Paul and Eva E. Monroe; one sister, Mary Lucia Monroe Norman.
