Obituary for
Naklion "Nackie" Credeur (Alleman)
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Duhon Funeral Home, LLC in Rayne for Naklion “Nackie” Credeur, 59, who passed away at her sister’s home in Duson surrounded by her family on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 4:20 a.m.
Deacon Dan Besse, Deacon from St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rayne will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in the St. Theresa Catholic Church Cemetery in Duson.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. until time of services in the Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne.
Survivors include one son, David and wife Kristy Sonnier of Rayne; one sister, Eldean and husband, Harold Comeaux of Duson; one grandson, Landen Sonnier of Rayne; two nieces, Tessica and husband, Mark Lantier of Duson and Tiree and husband, David Champagne of Duson; five great nieces, Latosha R. Lantier of Scott, Latoya L. Lantier of Rayne, Terin M. Champagne of Duson, Haleigh Domingue of Duson and Brittanie Ahlers of Duson; three great nephews, Trent and wife, Samantha Champagne of Duson, Corey Champagne of Duson and Charles Champagne, IV of Duson; one great-great nephew, Braxton Lantier of Rayne and three great-great nieces, Kadynce Lantier of Rayne, Addison Champagne and Elizabeth Winn of Duson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell James Credeur; her parents, Joseph V. & Laura Alleman and one brother, Farrell Alleman.
Pallbearers for the services will be Tiree Champagne, Cheri Credeur, Trent Champagne, Tim Credeur, Corey Champagne, Caroll Alleman, Toby Credeur and David Sonnier. Honorary Pallbearers will be Freddie Stelly, Jr., Charles Champagne, IV and Allen Dale Dugas.
The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff of Hospice of Acadiana for their care and compassion shown to Nackie and her family during her illness and also a special thanks to Cheri and Tim Credeur; Brittany Trahan and Joshua Rogers.
